Consultation (Silver Package) - Consultation is billed by the hour discussing details that involves sitting down with the clients. It also consists of asking questions based on area, ideas, putting together design ideas, confirming or suggesting vendors, expectations and expertise. Consultation typically takes place in the early stages of wedding planning. This package is $100 first hour and $50 each additional hour.

Day Coordination (Gold Package) - This package typically means that the bride wants to be involved in planning her wedding and she’s hand on. This bride wants full responsibility for planning her own wedding, however has conflict of schedules, hence needs a helping hand to ensure that her vision and dream wedding turns into reality. This package is booked early in advance as well, however the wedding planner does not get involved until one or two weeks prior to the wedding. The wedding planner duties initially would be to guarantee that everything is in order, all vendors, catering, florist etc. are on schedule. In other words, releasing any unnecessary stress to the bride. After discussing the client’s vision of her wedding, the planner will be in charge of the wedding rehearsal. This package requires the planner to wear many hats to guarantee that everything runs smoothly. When things do not go as planned, it is the planners’ responsibility to re-arrange the schedule to relieve stress and incur minimal cost to the bride and groom. This package costs $700-900. (Depending on the area and high budget, it may increase)
